I have the actual game cartriage of Valkyrie Drive and I just found a uncensored patch. Does anyone know if they patch will work using the actual game or do i need to get the nonpdrm version? I have the repatch plugin already too.

Use repatch and follow the instructions for it. Make sure you also have the correct files for the patch.
Do note that there are some games that have certain issues with repatch and they may not work (some SAO games, for example), so you can first try with your cart, and then with a NoNpDrm version of the game.
