I don't personally know how but it shouldn't be hard at all, probably just editing the textures to transparent

Yes you dump your game using I believe braindump, and you can edit those textures with Ohana3ds. It makes sense that setting the main characters textures to transparent will do it!

Like vin said earlier you will need to dump and decrypt your game and then edit the textures to be transparent with ohana3ds.
Then once your player textures have been made transparent you can repack it as a cia/3ds or make it a hans patch.

It will NOT break your game. If you find a good guide it makes it so you install the hack as a SEPARATE cia or you leave the hacked files on the sd card and patch it until you reboot with a homebrew

Well you have to download a special nnidsave.bin made by someone and run the tool and it works

Oh my gosh NO! XD you have to run a certain tool from LeafTools! :,D please. I'll try to find it in a moment. It would be ever so kind if @itsRyan would be able to port it to NTR (but unfortunately, we don't know the right offsets)

Then what you're attempting to accomplish is impossible, unfortunately.
