ACNH Error Code 2219-3003

Somewhat new to the hacking scene there's a question I've got. I transferred a dream island dump of someone's dream ID that I've asked for in another thread and I've loaded on my CFW Switch with JKSV to my non-CFW Switch using the Island Transfer Tool. But is there way I can bypass that error code each time I try to connect online it always gives me that or should I not even attempt to try. Please let me know!

Your CFW might be blocking the online access in order to prevent you from getting banned or you might have already been banned.

That's the thing it's not CFW. I'm not banned or anything it's on a non-CFW Switch I just transferred an island dumped from my CFW to this one using the Island Transfer Tool from the CFW Switch I have. I'm not using any mods or cheats but I just can't get to connect online without that error

I recommend doing backwards.
Try creating a new island on non cfw
Clear tutorial and save
Check you can travel
Send island to cfw
Edit
Send back to non cfw and check

Can you give me a tutorial on how to re-edit please? I use NHSE not sure if you use something different.

Most probably the issue you have it's that the non cfw switch doesn't recognize your island as yours basically.
So start fresh on the normal switch, clear tutorial and use island transfer tool to send the island to Cfw, backup with jksv and edit with NHSE
If you just want to have everything quick there is a button for that. If you want a custom island there could be a little more work, but lmk what you need and how could I help

Mostly just want the way the island looks from the dream ID's but to paste it onto the non-cfw's once I dump that save and edit with NSHE but it does have 3 other viillagers so idk if that effects anything since I'll only be one villager from the non-cfw one but please let me know what I need to do

solution 1
send the non cfw island to cfw
make a backup of the island and also the flags
now, onto the dream island change name ofthe island and villager and paste flags
this way you wont need to open map editor and wont have issues regarding the map

solution 2
extract dream island map files (nhse or mobile spawnwer)
export map files
send non cfw island to cfw switch (via island transfer tool)
open the game and using mobile spawner link to switch and load the map files
save and send back to non cfw

solution 3
wait for nhse to fix the map issue
extract DA map files
inject to non cfw island
send back to switch and shouldnt have any problem

Sorry to bother you again but non cfw my island came out looking way different with all buildings, furniture, etc with everything misplaced and it just looks all weird and off. I guess cause I choose a new island layout but is there a way I can match it exactly with the terrain, acres, buildings and items being exactly like the cfw's using NHSE

Use nhse to dump the files and use mobile spawner to load building and items in the field, rn NHSE haven't fixed the map editor

Oh ok so I dump the items, buildings, terrain, and acres stuff separately then use mobile spawner right? Sorry for the many questions

Yeah, I'm not sure if mobile spawner can load all files, but at least buildings and items it's not a problem
