Hacking AceKard2i issue

Ok I just got a brand new AceKard2i in the mail today. No Protruding chip so it looked promising...
I had my sd card ready anticipating its arrival... Formatted with SD Formatter 3, Put the AKAIO 1.8.5 on there and also added the AKAIO icon pack from filetrip. Now everytime the acekard boots it say Is cannot find akmenu4.nds. Help! Did I get a bad card? Is there different software I should try? Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Edit: Somebody close this thread, I got it to work by reformatting the card...
