Hacking Acekard2i - Black Screen

I'm using an Acekard2i for my Nintendo DSi. I have downloaded both, the AKAIO 1.8.5 and the AK2i loader, and I still get a black screen... "An Error has Ocurred...."
Any suggestions on what could the problem be?

...Thanks bjorno! I'm still trying but not working yet. I assume that after I copy the updatge 141 into my SD card, and after rebooting my DSi, I should get an option to update, but I'm not getting anything but the blank screen. Starting from scratch, what should I have copied in my Acekard2 to start with?

You are right about the update. But if you read that thread. You will know that you need a DsLite or DSPhat to flash your cart. Why? Because your ds cannot read the acekard yet unless you did the firmware update.
