Hacking Acekard 2i

I have an Acekard 2i

the dsi recognizes it, but it only does one thing, the screen goes white, then it goes black and says an error has occurred

I've tried redoing the installation, with both the official and the AKAIO OS, neither work its the same error everytime
I thought maybe it was the the contact points on the micro sd card, but I none of my attempts to improve that have yielded any results

nothing I do changes anything

I think the acekard I got just is just a pos

Did you flash the update for DSi 1.4?

Is this your error message?
An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off.
Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting.
If it is, it's because your DSi is on FW 1.4 and your Acekard hasn't been updated to work with FW1.4

OKay that makes sense, my XL is brand new

I searched for something similar to that guide but could not find it, I believe I even used most of the keywords in the title

1. The DSi XL has 1.4.
2. Does it show up as Danny Phantom? If not, use this.
3. Your Acekard is probably not a fake.
