The iPlayer flash cart can emulate the GBA via slot-1, but it can not play DS games.
Or you could wait for the SuperCard 2, which can do both.

Yes! My Acekard just came in and I put AKAIO and updated it to 1.4, man this is so much simpler than hacking a PSP.

anyone know if the acekard 2i works with the new ds XL? and is it a fake one from priceangels.com ?

Yes it works with the DSi XL, but you will have to update it for FW1.4 using a DS Lite/ DS Phat/ DSi FW =< 1.3. Otherwise buy a pre-updated card from 0ShippingZone or LeetMod.
