Acekard 2i wont work on N3DS

I upgraded to a N3DS two days ago, it worked fine on my old 3dsXL, but wont work on my new one. Is there any way to fix it?

Did you install a CFW on the console?

The Acekard 2i doesn't get past the cart whitelist on the latest firmware. If you wanna use the cart, you'll need to install CFW on the n3DS. Though, if you're already doing that, I recommend looking into nds-bootstrap

The latest 3DS firmware version that the most modern Acekard 2i can be run is 4.3.0-10. It was summer 2012 times.
Initial release version of 3DS firmware for New 3DS was 8.1.0-0 for JP and 9.0.0-20 for PAL/NA. It was summer-autumn 2014 times.
So no luck with it w/o CFW.

Just out of curiosity, what icon appears on the home menu? Is it the custom Acekard 2i icon, or is it spoofing an official title?
