I was booting up my Ak2i (1.4 firmware, AKAIO I think 1.81) and I closed my DSi's lid, it was just as the AKAIO menu started to load so I thought it was safe to sleep. When I opened it back up I saw blank screen, so I reset and started it back up no problems. Unfortunately every game seems to have its saves cleared... Checked on my SD card reader, all the old .sav files are still there, even for games I haven't tried opening since this crash. But I guess they're corrupted or something since nothing is loading...
It's not the end of the world, but I'm wondering why it happened in the first place. Anyone experience something like this?

I belive in the settings for the card you can set the save type to use. Make sure it is still set for .sav and try again

A couple of things might have happened.

1. You tried Ds2Ds.
2. You clicked fix errors when you plugged your sd card into the pc.
3. I don't know

All the files are still on the SD card, .nds and .sav, and I didn't change any AK2i settings for save types. I even used a hex editor w/ difference feature to compare the .sav files on the SD card to a recent backup I made on my HD, prior to this incident (I know I didn't play some games since the last backup, so those save files shouldn't have changed). It says the files are identical, so theoretically all my save data should be loading normally. But any game I've started after this incident seems to overwrite the old .sav with a blank one.
No idea why this is happening...
