Hacking Acekard 2i question...

Hi!

I am buying DSi XL at the same time as AK 2i, and I have two guestions:
-Is DSi XL already flashed to 1.4 ?
and
-Is AK 2i already flashed to firmware 1.4 compatible? (I'm going to buy it from ShopTemp)

Yes the DSi XL comes with FW 1.4.

ShopTemp doesn't ship the the AceKard with the 1.4 update applied, buy from LeetMod (charge an additional $1) or 0ShippingZone instead.

LeetMod are in the US while 0ShippingZone are in HongKong. As you're in Finland, i'd probably go with 0ShippingZone as they offer free international shipping.

RHS realhotstuff.com has it already flash for 1.4! but im not sure if Ak2i support the DSiLL (DsiXL)!

Do not buy from RealHotStuff, they have been known to sell clones (preupdated to 1.4) and will charge an arm and a leg in international shipping. For shipping to Finland they want $26.43, more than they charge for the Acekard itself. There are cheaper, better alternatives.

Shipping to FI : 0.5 lb(s) $26.43

And yes, the Acekard 2i works with the DSi XL.

i got 10 real acekard so far from them! plus got it in 3 days!

i dont have a dsill but a friend does but his acekard 2i didnt work on it!
did the 1.6rc2 update make it work for 1.4 dsi!
!the site has nothing about it yet!

I see no reason to buy from RHS when LeetMod and SimplyMods (both are based in the US) are cheaper, and no one has much bad to say about them. No one has received a clone fromm either.

SimplyMods charge $16.50 + shipping ($1.99 for US, $5.99 internationally) for an Acekard 2i, pre update it to 1.4 and test each an every cart.
