Hacking Acekard 2i 3DS update

Successfully updated my AK2i HWID:81

Getting my 3DS in an hour.

Anyone with a HW:44 card tried it?

Edit: Just tried it on mine with my DSi and im getting this catridge can't be updated

lol that is what they did? blocking the HWID44 cards from updating?

edit: i can confirm Keva´s post, card cant be updated.

I didnt pressed any button and it cancells instantly.
I try pressing the start and nothing happen.

Using the DSi version update.

Well, updated with the new patch on my HW81 on a DSi. Seems to work since my icon got changed.

Successfully updated my AK2i with a DSi XL but when my 3DS boots the game, it'll go to the loading screen and then stay at a black screen forever.

Figure that one out?

That's alright then, when my card said it couldn't be updated I presumed they were just going to leave it like that lol

Yes. It loads just fine, too. It could be a contact issue because it was hell getting the DSi to read it

It loads as Dorasu! which means it updated the firmware correctly.

I have no idea why it won't load the GUI after it has the "Loading..." screen

Yes. It loads just fine, too. It could be a contact issue because it was hell getting the DSi to read it
Have you tried the paper trick? Worked for me with my XL

Believe it was said earlier that the new version refuse to work on HW: 44 as a safeguard until they can fix the bug.

Now that I think about it, I doubt it's a contact issue, or the icon would disappear on the 3DS's main menu. I have no idea what's going on. The update went to 100% and it's "loading" past the system error screen that would normally appear. But then it's just a black screen. I even got the latest AKAIO 1.8.6
