I am looking for a store that sells the ace3ds plus either in USA or ships there, and takes alternative forms of payment aside from visa. I do not have a credit card only a master card debit or PayPal and we know how well that goes.Any suggestions?

really? I was just looking for a cart to play my old gba games on, perhaps a few ds titles on. I just don't like having to carry around a 3ds for fire emblem 13 and a ds lite for fire Emblem 7 and8.in that case what is *recommended*?

I linked you to the recommended list.

Also, DS flash carts cannot play GBA games natively. There's two types of emulators out there, but the one for the DSTwo (which no, will not run on cheaper flash carts because the DSTwo has it's own CPU and RAM) is the best in terms of game compatibility and such.

I was figuring, based on reading through that I could just load an emu and run roms like I would on my phoneis such not the case?

dstwo, even if I am running a 3ds system? I would like to run an emu on the 3ds. But I'll look into the super card dstwo.

Flashcarts on work in ds mode so you wont be able to run gba games properly i recommend getting the DSTWO like Rydian said because it has a built in CPU to help the gba emulation

All flash carts (except one, which is no longer supported) run in DS-mode, which means they only have access to the power of the original 2004-model DS, no matter what you put them in. This is why the DSTwo is special, it has it's own CPU and RAM for more power.

I have been reading some off things about the speed of the gba emu on Supercard Dstwo. For those of you who have purchased it, what is is like to emu a gba game, such as Fire Emblem 7?

Here, it reports of a frameskip of 1 and that there are frequent freezing during battles. I mean you understand. It is the only reason I plan on the purchase is to play these two or three gba games. Thats why I am being so anal in my research.
