Hacking Account switcher question

Hi guys, I would like to use the Account Switcher application to have two accounts on my 16gb memory card so that I could use remote play with a secondary account and be able to use the dualshock 4 with it. Anyway I don't want to lose contents I have on the memory card and I don't understand if by enabling the "unslave memory card" option I would be able to keep my games intact even after restoring. The guide on github says so, but I'm afraid of following it since while restoring I'm asked if know that during the process my memory card will be formatted. Should I proceed without worrying? Wouldn't it be easier just remove the memory card before restoring the system? Thanks in advance for any support

If u do it like tutorial u shouldnt loose content. I have 4 PSN account and switch between them without loosing content, only the Themes sometimes are gone but isnt that big of a problem.

So I just have to ignore the warning message of memory card format if I "unslaved" the memory card?
