Ok, made a mistake though, Installed as base 36, network installation, then got ret error 2011

then I tried to install as 38 since I checked on another gbatemp post that said to install base 38 and still I got the 2011 error,

when I check neogamma it states I have ios 36 then 3xxx instead of 249.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

the wii is V 3.4 this is a first time install of cIOS rev 19. Thanks in advance.

I guess my question is, is there any way to fix the ret 2011 error?

Has TBR restorer run successfully yet? You'll need the two versions of IOS15 and the latest IOS36 in the root of your SD card which you can get from NUS Downloader.

If YES...

Then yes. In the cIOS installer choose IOS36 (for it to run off) then choose IOS38 (or which ever base you want). It'll grab it if you have WiFi, just choose Network Installation.

Yes, for both apps you can.

EDIT: Sorry. Last time I used TBR I thought it didn't have network capabilities. Just read Wiibrew and it does.

um I did this step "install patched IOS36 (trucha + identify) to IOS36" and my homebrew went upside down! (did no expect this) I don't mean to pile on the problems but here another one. Could you tell me how to fix it?

Well the TBR Restorer worked I was able to successfuly instal cIOSX rev 19 ios 36 base 38. Neogamma runs well.

Now the problem is the upside down homebrew channel. Does anyone know the best way to revert to normal?

can I just uninstall it then via hackmii reinstall it to normal?

Where is foez? He blasted me before and said "v1.0.6 will NEVARRR install under IOS36!!" Glad he's gone...

/rant.

Okay, believe it or not, that's a good thing!

For now, run the cIOS installer: http://det1re.de/d/index.php?dir=cios%2F (incase you haven't got it, use rev19) and choose IOS36 to start off.

Once that is done (you can always do another 'syscheck' to see) you can run Dop-Mii and only install IOS36 and press [ B] to not fakesign.

You can use that above link but I suggest just installing a fresh IOS36.
