Hacking Access the eShop while CIA's are on emuNAND?

Yes you can access the eshop with CIAs installed , accessing the ingame DLC shop/other content though on a CIA is recommended it can end up deleting your dlc

Can I access the eshop on use online features with emuNAND while I have CIA's on them?

Of course!
The only downside is that theme CIAs and DLCs will be uninstalled every time you access the e-shop. Well, for me only the themes installed as CIAs are deleted, but other members say that they don't have any non-legit DLC installed after entering the e-shop.

i have actually had non of these Issues, been using a Zelda theme CIA pack (all store version not custom)
Never seen DLC uninstall but the Store doesnt like downloading updates for me on the larger games like Smash 500mb updates yo.
So i just grab update CIAs anyhow

i have cia on emunand and i installed dlc for my cia with emu nanda such as padz and ssb4 both un legit

Can confirm that my Snake Eater theme disappears every time I enter the eshop. Installed .cias are fine though.

is it a store theme or a Custom theme.

Because it could be just removing custom themes

Nope, Custom Themes installed with CHMM are still there after visiting the E-Shop.
However, if you install Custom Themes as CIA, they're deleted.

so like i said it just doesnt like Custom themes (but in the case of CIA files)
