When I try to spoof eShop using HANS or try to open the browser (with wireless disabled, dunno what happens when enabled) it says some form of "ACCEPT THE NEWEST USER AGREEMENT BLAH BLAH BLAH FUCK HOMEBREW". So I scrolled down >:} I have two options: Later and I Accept. Later does nothing bad. I'm worried that if I click I Accept, it'll update my system instead of just letting me buy shit/watch porn. Can anyone confirm what this will do?

O3DS 10.1, Menuhax 2.0. Using NAG-BLOCK(tm) DNSes and never had a Browser update nag. I had a system update nag once (the one where you turn on your 3DS and it says READY 2 UPDATE! .....LET ME IN), but I got rid of that using the Recovery Mode trick. So I'm fairly certain (70.2% sure) it already has the update downloaded, and it's just waiting for me to let it update.

TL;DR If I accept the license agreement, will it update?

No, it's just a new user agreement. It won't update your console. It can't if the tubehax dns is configured anyway.

But I'm pretty sure my system already downloaded the update. Wouldn't the DNS not help in that case? Also, I'm not agreeing until someone tries/ says they have tried this, without it updating.

The agreement in the eshop won't update you. I just did it. If you're scared, do the update removal trick and install the tubehax DNS. :D
