when it says in tracking page that the item left HK, does the plane fly directly to my country or it stops at other airports before it arrive, and how long it take approximatively

It moves into multiple countries before reaching your own countries. This is called hub to hub. This is so that they can maximize the cargo they are carrying.

Example - HK to Taiwan to Japan to Korea to US Alaska to etc....

how can i know if the order has arrived in my country ?, will i receive a message for example or i have to wait until it arrives to my home ?

If you have tracking, once it reached your country's custom, it'll say so on the tracking page.

If you don't have tracking, then just wait.
