is there any way someone can tell what the font is in my avatar? if anyone knew? that'd be nice. I know it's somewhat hard to tell, but any help would be nice. Maybe a font that looks somewhat similar?

ah cool thanks!, but do you know how to make the text look as if there is a border around the letters? like in my avatar?

Right click on the text layer then click blending options and tick stroke and mess with the sliders
