Hacking ? About Future Games With The Loader

Since the new menu has been released (4.0), with games like Punch Out will we still need to do certain things to our wii to play these games or will the loader play them. I wasnt sure if we had to eventually download some new ios or something like that. I was just curious. I hope this ? makes sense. Thank you

We can extract the IOS as usual from the DVD5 Rip =)
Shouldn't be a problem playing games like this, the new TMNT fighting game, The Conduit, and Wii Sports Resort when they come out this year =)
