AAAA What game is this?

I remember several years ago owning a GBC and having a black and white(or was it color?) mario game for it. The graphics were like Super Mario World, but less detail. I think there was a witch involved somewhere.

That game was very fun. I think I beat the game like 30-40 times literally xD It was the best Mario game on Gameboy fo sho. [3rd game is Wario, not Mario btw xD]
