I'm on part 3 regarding Rednand before starting I had luma 3ds setup. My question is do I need to do part 3 or can I skip to part 4.

I know I should but I already have an emunand made, so I shouldn't use that.

Do everything like it says on the guide. You really need to prevent from any bricks. It is better to do things multiple times than have a broken device.

Use the guide. Since you've got an EmuNAND, start at Part 3 Step 18.

Needs to be a Luma EmuNAND, by the way. RedNAND = EmuNAND, don't get confused.
