Hacking A9LH to B9S issue

When I am trying to go from A9LH to B9S at the "Boot your device while holding (Start) to launch SafeB9SInstaller" section it only boots into godmode. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Put safeb9sinstaller to the same folder as the GM9 (/luma/payloads).

Hold select on boot and tell us your luma version.
If you have .firm you are already on B9S. So just update B9S and luma.

I never installed B9S. The .firm is from the tutorial

Luma version is v8.1.1

8.1.1 is the second latest (idk how to say that). And it works only on B9S so you have to have B9S.
