A9lh is something that allows to get control over the system at boot time, aka hacked right away

Unlike menuhax that needs to chain loads exploits

A9lh can use emuNAND or sysNAND (aureinand can update sysNAND)

Faster boot times, able to run D9 to restore NAND backup if you installed a bad cia ect

No its not just a better way of getting full control over the system

If that's your mentality, you're better off avoiding hacking scenes.

You can brick if you do it wrong, that's how it works with anything that touches the system.
If I go into FBI and delete all the system titles, that's my own fault for failing to use it correctly, not the dev's fault for it being there.
Same with the OTP guide, if you think it's a good idea to skip it and just take someone else's OTP then you're doing it as wrong as possible and that's what happens.

The guide, if followed 100% correctly, is on a scale of extremely unlikely to impossible to brick you.
If you follow it incorrectly, of course you're going to brick, that's how this works.

Two question: I am currently using a Gateway card and RxTools for my old NDS flashcards (9.2 sysnand, 10.6 Emunand). Do we still have the same backwards compatibility with the old flashcards after moving to A9LH and Aureinand?
Second question: can the Gateway mode still be started with the GW.3dsx on Aureinand?

Yes load 9.2 and then launch gateway.3dsx, I believe their is a modified HBL loader to directly load gateway from homemenu
