I purchased a hard moded N3DS with A9LH and Luma 5.5 that I have not used in pretty much forever (Read this as "I am a noob at this"). I finally decided to pick it up again and play some pokemon, and of course I wanted to go online, so I updated the console without updating Luma or anything else and now I think I bricked my system. When I press the power button the screens are black and the power button is blue. I can press the power button and hold select at the same time to get the following options:

Autoboot SysNand
SysNAND is Updated (A9LH-only)
Force A9LH detection
Use second EmuNAND as default
Enable region/language emulation
Show current NAND in System Settings
Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_Firm
Enable splash screen with no screen-init

Below are the files inside the SD card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go here, download Luma v7.0.5 and extract it, copy the arm9loaderhax.bin file to the root of your SD card, overriding the one you have. Your system should now boot. Then go here and upgrade to boot9strap so that your system can get continued support for Luma3DS releases because Luma3DS no longer supports a9lh. If you want to, that is. But at least download Luma v7.0.5 and do what I said to do first.
