fresh install, deleted all the files in the sd card, then copied all the v6.3 files

I have an idea, since it sounds like a patch conflict, let's take this in a different direction first. Try installing ReiNAND instead

mine is O3ds, are you sure it's working on old model? I googled it and found it's for n3ds

ReiNAND started out as New3DS only, but later added an old3DS option. It lacks reboot patches, but you won't need those since you only need ReiNAND to test this out

Don't want to be spoonfeeded, but my knowledge with this is practically almost zero

If you replaced the "arm9loaderhax.bin" it should just run like Luma3DS.

You also need the rei folder.

Ok, so the steps I took is
1. Copied all the Luma 6.3 files to the SD card
2. Replace the arm9loader file with the one from renand
3. Bootup by holding select+power
4. Still black screen and blue light

Any possibilites for hardware issue?

not working, I can't boot to luma or decrypt9 at all now

yes, checked that before and I'm fat32
