PS1/2 A way to make PSX isos smaller?

After finding out about a PSX emulator for the Wii, I immediately got Megaman 8 so I can finally play it for once. Although my SD card has enough space for this ~400MB game, I was hoping that this game would be much smaller, like... maybe around the 32MB area so I can have more room in my card. Is there a way to make this game smaller? I found RIP versions of PSX isos but the smaller sizes of ripped games are small only because they ripped out all the audio and movies. The iso, however, is still the same size once you uncompress it with winrar.

There is no standard program for this you can only try to find dummy files (they are only there to make a ISO bigger) replace/remove/reencode video or sound and such stuff
