i want to change the game code is that possbile? and for it to load my nstc save data with it?

hopeless i have the HBC and twlighthack... i want to convert my we love golf pal to nstc but i want the game code to be fixed so it can read my nstc data... i don't wnat to start over cause those capcom outfits were a ***** to unlock
