Hacking A trouble with auto command in FFIII.

So, whenever I engage an auto command in FF3, it stops it a couple times, and then freezes and gets me back to main menu. Now, I wouldn't have been bothered by this problem much if I haven't actually succeeded to run an auto once. I'm not too sure what have I done, but I couldn't do it again after LCFW update. What should I do?

It's still a useful topic if you tell us WHAT the problem plugin was so that other people don't have the same issue.
