There's already a way to do that. At the place where you stole the database from. Let those people handle this. Uninvolve yourself.

title.keys are NOT what you think you want. or you posted in the wrong thread.
Title.keys are Switch encryption keys dumped from your console.

If you ask about Game's keys to pirate games, then you find them using common sense.
common sense here being : don't ask for piracy on GBAtemp, use an internet search engine.
