I was able to dump Nintendo Switch keys with Lockpick and i have now keys.dat + title.keys and when i shall run
4nxci something happen but then disspear.
Did i do something wrong?

I don't know, make a new .bat file containing this :

4nxci game.xci
pause

where game.xci is the name of your xci file
and see what it returns.

I'am sure you are on Windows.
So open a CMD and switch to the path where you unpacked 4nxci
put the "keys.dat" into that folder (where 4nxci is) also as the *.XCI game you wont to convert.
Now in the CMD do: ./4nxci game.xci (where "game.xci" is the name of YOUR Game!)
If there are ANY failures you will see them without any problem because the CMD will still be open ;)

If you don't know what the failures are please post a screenshot and we will see what we can do!

You can also use the following which makes it easier than using CMD - even though CMD is fairly simple and straightforward. Hope this helps! Here is the link for the GUI (Keep the exe in the same folder as 4NXCI and keys.dat!) https://gbatemp.net/threads/x2n-gui-a-graphical-user-interface-for-4nxci.515217/

This is a good tutorial you can use!

Happy holidays!
