Hacking A question for those who ordered from Oz3ds.net

Okay so I'm new to buying flashcarts and etc and I just have a question about the website Oz3ds.net. Yesterday on a Saturday, I ordered a genuine r4i gold for my 3ds. After waiting a day I noticed that I never got my tracking number. Is this normal? Because whenever I try to contact the customer support service I keep getting message failed. Do they only do this on weekends? Also will I get my tracking number on a weekday since they possibly can't ship on weekends?

They can delivery to your mailbox if you leave shipping address with P.O. BOX...

Do they send the tracking number as an email or do they put it in as a comment in my orders, also in my orders in the part where it says payment confirmed will it update and say that the product has been shipped
