You could try ...I don't see any damage being made if it doesn't.

It probably gives 5v per port

It shouldn't hurt anything, USB is designed so that you can't fry things (except for the good old USB-A to USB-A trick on Macbooks, that was nasty). The Wii may not put out enough power, so you might need to use a Y-Cable to actually supply enough power to the Pi though.

No, the Wii USB wont work at all. The Wii's USB only puts out < 500 milliamps, and the Pi needs a minimum of around 1800.
