Hacking Question A question about NSPs installation on SX OS

So once I installed the shovel knight NSP I could see it on the home screen on both CFW and Horizon... my question is what would happen if I try to use the program in horizon ? Would it crash or would I get banned?

If you execute it in ofw, it won't run because of no sig patching. I will error out.
If you are online (ie non airplane mode) chances are good this error will be reported to nintendo.
Nobody can say for sure if you will get banned (EDIT: but chances are good you will get banned.)

It won't work and you will get banned (if you need to ask).
