just a little question... to found this file (data003.cpk from StarFox Zero),i need to dump the game,or i can found a download online?

You may have to fiddle around with it to make it work. I'd recommend getting an EUR one.

but the only SF0 file ready for loadiine is an US one,and i can't find an EU one

The get that one, and change any English(US) or similar folders/files to English(EU).
