Hello all.

This is my first topic, and i feel kinda noobish for making this one. But it's cus i'm not quite sure if i'm right or wrong.

So here we go:

I have gotten myself a Nintendo Wii - Running FW 3.0E

I have installed the HBC via the Twilight hack

Now here's my question.

After installing the HBC i then have to install the backup loader etc. Right? as the HBC is just making me not having to do the Twilight hack everytime?

Do i need to upgrade my FW version before doing so? Do you recommend it, if so, which one is preffered?

As far as I've understood i don't need an internet connection (on the Wii) to install backup loader or upg/downg FW?

Wasn't quite sure where to post it, so please move it to the right forum if this is not the one.

Yes HBC means you don't have to do the Twilight hack everytime. Other than that sorry, i'm gonna be rude (again): search!

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
