Ok so i was gone on vacation and when i got back HANS was already unveiled. What exactly is it?
Im on ninjhax 2.1 right now.. If someone could just point me in the right direction that'd be great.

Very unlikely. Only Pokémon and Smash have English despite being a Japanese region game.

Well, not exactly an overclock, it changes the N3DS CPU speed to max on not N3DS games.
