ROM Hack A Good DS Homebrew program

Hi, I really want to make a DS Homebrewed game but I don't know how. So I'm asking if someone could suggest a good
program to make a game. But the catch is I don't want to use C, C+, or C++. PLEASE HELP

Good luck with that.

Unless you want to use DS BASIC, I'd suggest you learn a programming language if you want to program for the DS. Even with PAlib and XTenDS, you'd have to know some C++ to get started.
