You don't need to locate the NTLG PGothic font from the Wii's NAND to get it. One way is to download the most similar font which is
RodinNTLG. If you want the real deal font, you will need use the
Wii.cs Tools to extract this font from a WAD, and I recommend any Virtual Console title.
When extracting, use WadMii to unpack the WAD you've selected. It will extract the contents of the WAD in the output folder location, including multiple .app extention files. Next, use U8Mii to extract
00000003.app. This will create another output folder which contains the WiiNTLG-Regular font. This is a TrueType collection font file which can be viewed with the Windows Font Viewer (seen below)
Simply install that font to your computer, and then delete the extracted files!
