1) It should be enabled by default - only appears when someone quotes or likes a post
2) Titles can be changed in settings somewhere
3) SOON (tm), Please Understand!

1: You have to put the text in "spoiler" tags:

 [spoiler]  text  [/spoiler]

2: It's related to your post count.
