I read in some forums affirmations like: "You can play New 3DS games in a normal 3DS with Gateway but with a lower framerate." ¿Are these afirmations true? Thanks,and sorry for my trash of english.

it's correct and incorect. some people out there on the net make patched n3ds games for the 3ds, which makes it playable on gateway, but that are modified games and you need to search deeper on the net to find them.
