ROM Hack A editor that handles .bclim image 13 format?

I need to edit a .bclim ericsson compressed (etc1A4) file, and "kuriimu-v1.0.14-e086e7f" doesn't support it.
I tried "png2bclim" but it only supports etc1/etc1A4 to PNG conversion with errors:

And .bclim etc1/etc1A4 creation not supported.

EveryFileExplorer extracts the PNG file fine:

But you can't import PNG files back.

"Kuriimu2" claims to support etc1/etc1A4 files, but:

So can some one help me, please?

There are two wrong assumptions.
First, Kuriimu2 does support ETC1 and ETC1A4 in general, but that doesn't mean the plugin knows that image format 13 maps to it yet.
Second, writing such a thread here without notifying us, the developers of said program, doesn't solve the underlying problem. You had luck that your thread was linked by someone at our discord and we found it.

So please consider creating an issue on our github properly so we can take a look at it.

Since I don't find any issue on this exact problem yet after nearly a year, I just remind you that we do not just solve any random error we find online. We need issues on our github.
Or maybe you solved that problem otherwise already?
