Once I reset the Wii and go back to the custom dns settings, it shows up as (008.008.008.008 PRIMARY; 008.008.004.004 SECONDARY) just fyi…

Been trying for some time on a Wii with a non working card reader. I just keep getting ERROR: Didn't get 200 response! At least this thing only cost me 20 bucks.

Edit: HBC.Hackmii website is currently down, so Str2hax doesn't work anymore until they fix it.

SD card reader is nonfunctioning so this doesn't help in my case. Which is why I needed str2hax to work.

when I load the eula I see the str2hax screen for a couple seconds then the Wii remote turns off and the screen goes black. I am trying to reinstall the hbc since it crashes when I change it to read off the fat32 usb drive

R u running hbc 1.1.4 by any chance? If there's an app in there with a meta.xml containing a nul byte it will cause this to happen, but could happen with sd too. Try removing your apps from your problem decide and slowly add back and see if there's a particular one causing u issues.

You could also wiiload the hackmii installer to your wii from pc using your local network

But yeah, regardless of all that str2hax should still be working. Try removing usb and all unnecessary peripherals and doing it again?
