I'm confused, how would you use this for Switch 2?
I'm gonna read your how as why: I guess right now the main idea is that you can use it to block updates.

When/if there's a CFW (wouldn't hold my breath for now), you can also use it to block telemetry and whatnot if you're paranoid.

As for how: See the other reply, same as always, set your DNS server in network settings. (For IPv6 ones set them to :: on both.)
