Hacking 9.6 emunand for N3DS without GW forneshop access?

Is there any currently available? NTR 1/2/2.1 don't use emunand, last I heard no N3DS support for rxtools, and the mtcard launcher doesn't work on N3DS. As of right now I'm just here twiddling my thumbs while playing cubic and my r4i gold, when I want my eshop content.

IIRC nintendo fixed the keys for N3DS in 9.6, so I doubt anyone (maybe except for the KARL3DS team) will update soon enough before the next firm is released.

Not even Karl3DS will work on 9.6 on n3DS. Same reason why Gateway won't work on it. However unlike Gateway, Karl3DS will likely employ patches to trick eShop into working on 9.5.
