My order is still says preparation in progress. I just hope I get it and update it to 9.2 before Nintendo releases 9.3.

my fingers are crossed for you mate! just updated my jap one so I am all good. If you still have time to replace your order with an Australian one I would suggest it because it comes with 9.0.

there is emunand and ill explain it once i get my N3DS and update it first just incase it gives any hints to nintendo any ideas of updating the firmware early. its actually pretty obvious!

I doubt it'll be much of a problem with 9.3 dropping or 9.x for that matter, Nintendo is unaware of the exploit and even if they're aware it doesn't mean they'll be able to fix it without realising where it is first, GW aren't stupid enough to put a video up if they left any clues.
