9.0 exploit question

So I've been reading up on some 9.0 guides before taking the plunge with the update on a friend's ps4. Basically, after getting to the point where you load up the exploit using the usb key, it suggests loading the golden hen payload using netcat. Is this step possible to do without a pc? Like directly load a payload from a website like al azif's? This is one part of the 5.05 hack that was superior (it could be done without a pc). What is the preferred method for pc-less 9.0 exploit?

I think you can just use @Prb 's. There's a basic one with just goldhen.
