Gaming 7600GT, X1650Pro or X3650

I live in Australia, and over here you cannot buy a decent AGP card, and when you find one, they cost a lot.

These are all around the $100 mark.

The 7600GT is $119
The X1650 is $99
The HD3650\X3650 is $99

I know that the 7600GT is much better the the X1650Pro, but I haven't heard anything about the HD3650\X3650.

Can you help me choose?

IMO don't buy one, if you are like me and your PC doesn't have a PCI-E slot save and get a new PC.

Yeah, I guess I will do that. The only problem is that I usually spend the money before I've saved up.

If you buy it online some stores give you the option of paying it off in parts.
That way you pay them as your mony comes along.

3650 by far. Both Ati and Nvidia name their graphics cards by {series}{range}00, so the HD3650 is two series newer then the X1650 while in the same range (6 is midrange for both companies, so the 7600 is in the same class as the other two cards). Current gen for Nvidia is the 9xxx series and Radeon, the 4xxx series, so the 3650 is probably the better of the 3 cards.

Or if you want to be absolutely sure, tom's hardware has a charts section where it ranks each graphics cards based on their benchmarks on their site (or here)

7600GT. I had one of those babies a while back and it handled whatever I threw at it at the time. But I'd probably go with the HD3650 because its newer than the 7600. Those prices suck, I just bought a 9800 GT for $99 here in the states

They are priced higher because they are the best AGP cards you can find.

HD3650 all the way. Look up www.staticice.com.au for the cheapest prices. It's an awesome search engine for computer parts and other stuff like MP3s and cameras too. Off the top of my head, you should look at www.itestate.com.au, www.fluidtek.com.au (watch out, the store owner gets pissed off at n00bs), www.msy.com.au.
