Hacking 4.1 hacks.ini updated!

Nice work, da_letter_a! You're the best and keep up your work! I switched from system menu 4.0J to 4.1J today and installed Preloader. I tested with 4.1J hacks and it works!

Still can't get any hacks to work on an IOS v60 with system menu v450? Please help?
Try reinstalling the IOS WAD. Works fine for me.

Do you know what address needs to be patched, and what value does it need to be patched with? If you can give me this info I can _TRY_ to make this hack (but I can't guarantee it)

I read the thread you linked to, Unfortunate, and it seems a bit too complicated to turn into a preloader hack, not to mention that if it was a preloader hack, it would only work in the systemmenu, so it would be disabled as soon as you start a game. I don't think I'll be able to make that hack.

And when you try to install the hacks.ini, make sure it is on a normal SD (non-SDHC) card.

I know you said you didn't write them, but for what it's worth, this version of the "region free channels from sd card" hack works perfectly, even though I could never find one that worked on 4.0. Now I can finally play Sin and Punishment. Awesome. :V

I sorted out my problem! I read somewhere that you can't use the hacks on a sdhc so used a standard 2g and they worked.

I replaced this new .ini with the old one I had, but the old hacks are still displayed... How come?

Move Disc Channel:
Allows you to move the Disc Channel just like any other channel.

Remove NoCopy Save File Protection:
Allows you to copy (but not move) save files that would not normally be allowed to be copied (e.g. save files for wifi games).

One of these options when enabled is causing the Wii to lockup when deleting save game channels.

Strange, it just freezes when I try to delete a save game
