Hacking 3in1 Plus not working?

Just got an EZFlash 3in1 Plus (pcb says EZ5C3) from nds-card. Tried running a GBA game on there with GBA ExpLoader 0.58b0MX with my R4i Gold 3DS RTS, but it didn't seem to work. It also says I have the New 3in1, not the 3in1 Plus. Don't know what's going on.

Tried using the SRAM test from Cory1492 and got this message:

Nor Flash  id=0x0
Nor Flash err

Tried googling that, but got nowhere. Is the battery just dead?
Rumble still works though...not sure if that has anything to do with the battery.

Your card has native loading and patching, gbaexploader isn't needed.
Just sick the roms in the r4i menu, they'll work.

get the wood fw for your flash, it should load it on the gba slot with ez31

If you have a r4 revolution classic (2gb), with an old wood, you can make a toolkit sd (quite useful for the 3in1):

1. put on the root of your sd GBA ExpLoader 0.58b0MX.nds and gbaldr.nds
2. create a folder named GBA and put a gba rom (less than 32mo, the best is Another World, it's free and not heavy)
3. run gbaldr.nds and run Another World.gba then turn off the ds.
4. turn on the ds, run GBA ExpLoader 0.58b0MX.nds and run Another World
5. now normally your EZflash3in1 is reinitialized and you can play again with it on your R4i Gold 3DS RTS
6. don't forget to clean the save data files on your new sd toolkit after you're used it
