SD A is what i used for the most part of this forum

When i turned on my 3ds using SD B the light stay on longer before fading out compared to SD A

Not sure if this info is useful

For NTRboot you will also need temporary for a few minutes a second hacked 2D/3DS system to flash the ntrboot.firm to the Card. A compatible flashcard like from R4i-sdhc.com can again restored after that to normal function. Alternative there exist a preflashed flashcard with NTRboot (R4i-sdhc.com / nds-card.com) without need of second functional console.

Yeah I saw the tutorial on youtube an realized how do I the ntrboot if i cant boot my 3ds to the home screen

Cant I just download the "Nintendo 3DS" file from the internet wouldn't that work?

Do us and yourself a favor, please stay away from Youtube Videos... The guide to do a ntrboot was already posted.
Your possibilitis are already mentioned. Therefore simple answer No, you can`t just use another "Nintendo 3DS" folder from another system because its encrypted and bound to the specific system by its ID and a key. Each 3DS creates its own on the SDCard if its missing and contains your installed game, homebrew, dlc, save, title-database and has no effect for hacking a system.

There's nothing else other than maybe checking/ replacing the sd card reader or the wifi board (if it's a hardware problem, albeit unlikely considering the circumstances). So that leaves NTRBoot which is the one i'd recommend trying now. I don't recommend the hardmod at all, and specially not to noobies.

Is there no other way apart from hard mod and ntrboot? Since i cant even boot up my 3ds and i dont know anyone who was a spare 3ds

If not then ill just check if theres a nearby 3ds repair place and see what they can do

The primary hack that launches right after turning on the console, this bootrom "boot9strap" is not correctly installed or corrupted. Therefore the console doesnt boot correctly. This installation process failed.

Is there no other way apart from hard mod and ntrboot?
As already mentioned two times, NO. If you would had access to gm9 at boot there would be other possibilitys.

In other words, this state of your hacked console is worst case scenario.

If not then ill just check if theres a nearby 3ds repair place and see what they can do
This is your very last option.
As said above, there exist also a preflashed card without need of second functional system.

In case you get hand on a compatible flashcard and a NDS/NDSi/2DS/3DS system, this is what u need to do in 5min => ntrboot single system

For what? To flash NTRboot with? Have you even looked at what ntrboot is, and how to flash it? You can also do it with an NDS, or even a DSi, if you have a compatible card. If you don’t already have a compatible card, the first guide that pops up when you take 3 seconds to google “ntrboot”, lists cards with ntrboot already built in! All you need is one of those, a magnet, and any size sd card to get you started.

If you need people to walk you through every step and to do your google searches for you, you really have no business trying to mod your console. This entire thread and your reason for having to start it; case in point.

I don't know of a single guide that doesn't tell you to make and store backups. "didn't know" is not an excuse.
It's possible that they followed a YouTube guide, which possibly didn't mention this. I've seen YouTube guides before and they were using the WiFi exploit where the seedminer stuff was a lot faster.

I have mine stored in 2 cloud storage providers and my PC.
